A bit of background on me and my company
My name is Gavin and I have been a professional chef for around 15 years. I have a passion for great pizza. I have traveled to the likes of Italy and New York and tried some of the best pizzas in the world. Since then I have been working on developing the perfect tasting dough and experimented with flavours using the best ingredients while taking inspiration from my travels.

The first time I sold pizzas was to raise money for the DEC Ukraine appeal. Through Facebook I sold pizzas and cannoli and managed to raise over £450 in one afternoon.
After that I was asked to supply par baked pizzas for a birthday party, this is how RTK pizza started.
